What are your business hours?

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am – 2:30pm (CST). Unless you have an urgent need or an extenuating circumstance, I will reach out to you when I return to the office.

What collections do you offer?

May we do the session in our home?

Absolutely! I love in-home sessions!

What happens in the case of inclement weather?

Should the weather the day of your session be poor resulting in poor lighting or less than ideal shooting conditions I will notify you about 24 hours ahead of time that it will need to be rescheduled. An alternative date is then selected.

How do your deliever our order?

If you are local, items will be picked up at our studio. Delivery is an option for our of town clients.

What is your turnaround time?

After your session, your images will be presented for you to review and make your final selections. After your order is finalized, I will begin working on processing it. The time it takes to get you your products can vary slightly depending on what you order as some vendors are faster than others. The average turnaround time is 7-10 business days for most vendors. During peak times of the year (Christmas and Spring), the delay can be as long as 8 weeks.

Do you give out RAW (unedited) files?

Chefs don’t serve raw pork, and Photographers don’t serve Raw files.

How long do you store files for?

Files are stored for a maximum of 3 months.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE? 

I have two Canon R5 Mirrorless cameras and about 35 lenses (ok its really about 8 or so but I can’t remember right now).
